The Dutch KSA’s ‘renewed’ enforcement policy

The Dutch Betting and Gaming Authority (Kansspelautoriteit, ‘KSA’) ‘renewed’ its enforcement policy in June 2017, adopting an especially strict approach towards targeting providers and facilitators of illegal online gambling.
