The GB Gambling Commission’s enforcement strategy: changes and implications for industry

Following its consultation which ran from January until April 2017, the GB Gambling Commission (‘Commission’) has this summer implemented its revised enforcement regime. This carries some major changes, such as around the presumption of settlements.
