Significant changes to Polish law create state monopoly for majority of online gambling

Recent, significant changes have seen a monopoly introduced for online gambling in Poland, except for online betting and promotional lotteries. Anna Wietrzynska-Ciolkowska and Wojciech Bieganski of DLA Piper Wiater sp.k. detail the changes, which include as of 1 July 2017 the operation of a blacklist of infringing operators.
