Czech gambling site blocking measures called into question

Zdenek Beranek, Partner at Peterka & Partners, reviews a recent court decision by the Czech Constitutional Court, which looked at a complaint by a group of Czech parliamentary deputies who stated that aspects of the new Czech Gambling Bill - in particular the requirement for ISPs to block access to certain unlicensed online gambling websites - are not in accordance with Czech constitutional law.
